GO!PHA has responded to the internet consultation of the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management (responsible for the environment) regarding the draft legislation on single use plastic items. We support the Dutch emphasis on innovation and their belief in new materials as a solution to reduce plastic waste and pollution. We requested the Dutch Ministry to propagate this principle also within the European Union.
